After suffering from ITBS and Sciatica for over 4 months, I finally can do some easy run. I don't think it is 100% recovered, I will try to prevent this happens again (hopefully). Extra care needs to be taken when planning to build up the volume and large training block.
Short-term Target:
I will get to ~70-90kpm first, hopefully before December. I don't plan to race any competition in this 2019-2020 season. I need to build a very very stable and steady base of 70kpm first. At that time I will start some speed training, the goal is to run a sub 20mins 5K first.
