Happy CNY to all!

Wishing everyone prosperity, good fortune and most importantly a good health!!!


Last blog was several months ago, my condition was fluctuating at that time. Until now, my legs, hips and low back are getting better now. At least I can do a 10k/1hour run in one time. I have built a base of 25-40km/week since December. It is a good timing to further buildup the base to ~60km/week.


I am still targeting sub 20mins 5k, I really hope to reach the goal before summer ends. Unfortunately, sports grounds are closed due to the severe outbreak of coronavirus in everywhere. So, there will be more hill repeats instead of doing hamster workout.


I am quite optimistic towards my progress so far. Here are some races that I am interested in and will consider to enrol / take part in the coming season.

2020 October: Lantau 2 peaks, Lantau 70

2020 December: The North Face 50, Hong Kong 4 in 4 Challenge

2021 February: 9 Dragon 50Km

2021 March: Translantau 50, Mountain Range 50
